INFORMATION

La Diversion: The real taste of beer, without the alcohol.

Fancy a full-flavoured Blanche, but without the alcohol?

Diversion is our 0.5% alcohol alternative to our famous Moonshine, just as aromatic as its big sister.

A beer without alcohol, but full of flavour

Thanks to slow fermentation and special yeasts, La Diversion has all the aromas of a true white beer: notes of lemon and orange and a light, refreshing finish with very little bitterness.

History of this beer

The creation of the Diversion was not without surprises. In our very first test brew, we learned the hard way that to prevent re-fermentation, the beer had to be pasteurized. Without this step, our first Diversion came in at 3% alcohol instead of 0.5%. Oops! Today, it is perfectly mastered, and you can enjoy it without surprises.

Beer style

Despite its appearance as a simple thirst-quenching beer, Diversion is a Belgian-inspired wheat beer brewed according to traditional methods. The wheat malt gives it a tender body and characteristic roundness, with the citrus freshness typical of the style, where too many alcohol-free beers fall flat. The entire feat lies in its gentle dealcoholization: it tops out at 0.5% without ever compromising on taste. Its fruity touch completes the picture, with no added sugar, for a clean and refreshing finish.

Food and beer pairings

Light and fruity, La Diversion goes everywhere you want to take it easy without losing any of the pleasure. It works wonders with a Sunday brunch, a summer salad, grilled fish, or a zesty ceviche. Its freshness also stands up to spicy cuisines and Asian flavors, and subtly accompanies fresh cheese at the end of a meal. A beer worthy of a fine dining table, even on evenings when you've traded alcohol for clarity. Naturally, it was conceived by a Michelin-starred chef.

Design

The label brings together the two worlds of this collaboration. It features the cloud, La Nébuleuse's signature, and the ripe peach that announces the infusion at the heart of the recipe. On the culinary side, the nod to Danny is everywhere: his portrait on the bottle, a spoon and a whisk floating around. And all over the place, little mascot-version Dannys, recognizable by their blond bun, slide on the peach and dive into the foam. A label that doesn't take itself too seriously, just like the beer.
